POOJA AGARWAL

Ms. Pooja Agarwal is a trilateral amputee (both legs and one hand) after a train accident. She did not feel defeated by the disability. She is working as an officer in Allahabad Bank and is a champion of wheelchair-shooting. She practiced shooting in Sports Craft Academy. She has won many medals in shooting at National and International level. She holds 12th position in world ranking and 3rd in Asia in shooting. She made all these achievements within one year which is a difficult task even for a normal individual. She is being conferred with the National Award for Best Employee for the year 2018 under the category of ‘Locomotor Disabilities’.
