PRATIK JINDAL

Shri Pratik Rajiv Jindal is having 100% visual disability. He is working as a Deputy Manager (HR) in WIPRO and is responsible for managing people transitions during Global Merger / Acquisition / Outsourcing deals. He is an expert in dealing with ambiguous situations, problem solving, excellent people communication, presentation and analytical skills with proven abilities in managing client relationships and global projects. The visual impairment which he is suffering from never deterred him in proving himself as an able and competent staff of WIPRO. He has been consistently rated as a high performer by his Employer. He has got Asia Pacific Spring Board Disability Champion Award, 2016, Helen Keller Award in 2014, and WIPRO’s HR Excellence Award, 2016 & 2017. He is being conferred with the National Award for Best Employee for the year 2018 under the category of “Visual Impairment”.
